Numerous AILA members have reported having labor certification-based I-140s erroneously rejected by the Texas Service Center on the basis that the approved labor certification was on Form ETA 750 rather than ETA 9089. AILA's TSC Liaison Committee contacted Texas Service Center about the problem. TSC advises that its mailroom contractors have been alerted to this problem and it has been corrected. Attorneys can re-file their rejected applications immediately.
